  • Use a 5-step mini-project planning tool for any project in your role
  • Proactively plan and prioritise your work
  • How to say "no" to work you should not be doing, whilst still maintaining a reputation of being a hard worker who adds value to the business
  • Identify why managers don't delegate/ assign responsibility to other staff and why they should
  • Use a 6-step model to successfully assign responsibility/ delegate
  • Take back control of your time and start achieving goals that add value to the business and increase your work satisfaction
  • Use an effective coaching model to build staff skills and competence
